Tati Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location, date, and staffing. We may update or discontinue services at any time.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone, text, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary due to:
- Home/space size and condition
- Level of buildup or specialty requests
- Service type (standard, deep, move in/out, post-construction, commercial, etc.)
- Changes requested after booking
- Access limitations or delays
If onsite conditions differ materially from what was described, we may adjust the price or scope before proceeding. You may approve or decline the revised quote.
3. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, including:
- Entry instructions, gate codes, or key/lockbox access if needed
- Parking guidance where applicable
- Utilities needed to perform the service (water/electricity)
If we cannot access the property or are delayed due to missing access instructions, a lockout or wait-time fee may apply, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Depending on the timing, a cancellation fee may apply, especially for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
5. Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with a portion of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, schedule a return visit or offer a reasonable resolution. We may request photos or additional details to evaluate the concern.
6. Health, Safety, and Service Limitations
For safety and quality reasons, we may decline or modify services involving:
- Biohazards, bodily fluids, mold remediation, or pest infestations
- Unsafe structural conditions or environments
- Excessive clutter preventing access to surfaces (unless specifically agreed)
- Hazardous chemicals not provided or approved for use
We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe. In such cases, charges may apply for time and travel.
7. Pets
Pets are welcome. However, you agree to secure pets that may pose a safety risk or interfere with cleaning. We are not responsible for pet-related incidents that occur due to unsecured animals or unclear instructions.
8. Payments
Payment terms may vary by service type and booking method. You agree to:
- Pay the agreed amount upon completion of service (unless otherwise arranged)
- Cover any approved add-ons or scope changes
Late or declined payments may result in additional fees and the suspension of future bookings until resolved.
9. Property Damage and Claims
We take great care in your home or business. If you believe damage occurred during service, please notify us within 48 hours and provide details and photos when available. We will investigate fairly and promptly.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improper installation, fragile items not disclosed, or items that were not reasonably accessible. We recommend securing or removing delicate or high-value items before service.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt site functionality. Content on this website (text, images, branding) is owned by Tati Clean or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tati Clean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
